The Role
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Screening Potential Candidates
• Working Closely with Suitable Candidates, and guiding them through the recruitment process

The Ideal Candidate
• 2.1 degree (2:2 will be considered with strong extra-curricular)
• High level of achievement throughout their academics, work experience and extra-curricular activities.
• Working in a people driven business requires high levels of self-confidence, enthusiasm and relationship-building skills.
• Fundamentally a sales role, recruitment requires high levels of motivation, a strong work ethic, and a resilient attitude.

First Year OTE: £35K

Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year+ Unrivalled Commission Structure
