Nursery Manager

An Outstanding setting in Worthing are seeking a new manager to join their close team of 15. This role would be primarily office based, but the ideal candidate won’t shy away from floor based elements of the role.

This setting are seeking somebody dynamic, active, inventive and with strong management experience in previous roles. A successful candidate will also gel well with a close and well established staff team and inspire them to keep the nursery in going from strength to strength. You will also be working closely with a deputy manager.

The salary is ranging from £27,600 – £30,000but can be negotiable depending on experience. It would be working 40 hours a week, but this is a pro-rata role and if needs be could work on 35-40 hours a week.
