Night Porter Part Time (Direct)

Our client is currently looking for a Night porter to join their night team working and covering night shifts. 129 bedroom hotel with conference facilities is looking for Night porter (part time) to work on reception from 11pm to 7am 2 days per week on a rota. The ideal Night porter will provide a personable first point of contact to anyone entering the hotel. Responsive to all situations professionally, promptly and efficiently. Responsible for maintaining floats and settling guest bills accurately. Provides efficient communication to all team members and management. As the Night porter you will make sure guest receive prompt attention and reception desk is covered at all times. Check-in & check-out, answering of the telephone and dealing with general messages and direction of calls. Accurately and promptly fulfilling guest request anticipate guests needs. Hourly rate of £26,000 per year plus bonus. Approx
