Cleaning Team Leader

Set in a spacious, beautfiful location in Sevenoaks, the General Manager of this complex is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to be responsible for all cleaning personnel.

Responsibilities: 

– To supervise and actively produce a technically clean and an aesthetically pleasing environment.
– Achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas.
– To monitor standards through use of audit documents.
– To assist with compiling work rotas, particularly for holiday periods.
– Assist in promoting the comfort of all who use the Campus including visitors and staff.
– To carry out training, particularly induction training, and monitor cleaning procedures and working methods to ensure that they are safe and efficient, time and cost effective.
– To assist with the set up and clearing of meeting rooms including refreshment provisions when required.
– To ensure that all relevant legislation is complied with.
– Ensuring that care is taken to avoid causing hazards
– Reporting any defects in fabric, fittings, furniture or equipment, including any deterioration or damage to surfaces in the prescribed manner.
– To attain Level 2 Health and Safety Certificate

Working hours – 6 – 11am, (25 hours a week). Salary: £26,000per year.
