A Newbury based school are looking for a Mental Health TA who is able to start asap to work with students who face a number of mental health struggles including trauma and anxiety due to past experiences. You will be expected to manage behaviour of these students and assist the main class teacher in the learning of children with Mental Health and Education Needs. The Mental Health Teaching Assistant will be responsible for 1:1 work with students to enhance learning of all aspects of the National Curriculum as well as group and whole class work when necessary.

The Mental Health Teaching Assistant in Newbury will have the opportunity to personally develop with specific training provided by the school.
