Painter / Maintenance Assistant Exeter ()

My client who is a prestigious hospitality chain in Exeter are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join the in house maintenance team on a permanent basis paying a rate of£26,000 to start with then rising after 3 months to £26,000 per year. You will receive other benefits that the company offers.

Duties

Day to day tasks from the reactive maintenance list
Assisting in the painting and decorating of the property
Assisting in projects as directed by the maintenance manager
Assisting in the management of fire alarm testing
Conducting regular statutory maintenance checksThere are no formal qualification but if you have done some painting and decorating in the past that would be advantageous.
