Prodrive Recruitment are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a busy growing team based in Evesham, 

Accounts Assistant what you need to know: 

Reporting to the Business Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day invoicing, credit control, and associated activities. 

The company are a small but rapidly growing team based in Evesham and are specialists in their field, They are looking to expand their finance team with a skilled multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, someone who is able to meet deadline,s and be highly organised in their work. 

Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant: 

• Proforma and Purchase Orders: Raising Pro-forma as required, ensuring PO’s are provided and matches the correct activity for invoicing,
• : Producing and sending invoices. Communication and liaising with customers and also suppliers for smooth running business practice,
• Credit Control: Identifying unpaid invoices, Communicating and liaising with customers and suppliers
• Refunds: Identifying refundable activities: Communicating customers and suppliers,
• In addition to the above, you may be asked to partake in other activities to ensure a smooth running of the company and department. 

What you will need for the Accounts Assistant role: 

• To have experience within a similar role,
• To be highly organsied in your work, 
• To be a skilled Multi-tasker
• Reliable and committed to your work, 
• An excellent communicator and able to think on your feet,
• Methodical and have a good eye for detail.

Important Information for the Accounts Assistant: 

• Working Monday to Wednesday 9.00 am t0 5.00 pm (some flexibility) 
• Part-time role over 3 days
• Salary: £26,000per year
• Immediate start for the right person
• Evesham based company
