Healthcare Assistant / Private Carer Needed / Hcas Needed Urgently

We have a number of positions for Healthcare Assistants in London. These are based in either Private or NHS settings.

The NHS / Private sectors will include:
– Hospitals
– Care Homes
– Health Clinics
– Patients Homes
– Local Community

Pay will be negotiable (roughly around £26,000 – £30,420 per year), and discussed directly with applicants.

If you are a medical student or a medical professional looking to gain experience in the medical field this could be your way forward. Majority of the positions are entry level and require no previous experience.

We are currently looking for both part time and full time Carers.
Full time – 35+ hrs a week
Part time – 10 – 25 hrs a week

Carers are responsible for looking after people who need help due to disability, illness or frailty. They work with both young and old people meeting various needs in their day to day life.

Duties will include:
– Looking after the children and adults e.g. feeding, transport to and from appointments.
– General Care
– Client Generation
– Administration
– Patient moving and lifting
– Basic first aid
– Shopping
– Dressing
– Administering medication

Skills

• Having good knowledge about hygiene standards and basis health care.
• Being able to deal with people from different backgrounds.
• Having interpersonal abilities.
• Being able to solve different types of problems.
• Having manual dexterity.
• Having a desire to help people.
• Being a good listener.

If you have experience it is great but we are happy for people to apply even without experience.

Medical Compliance is a MUST:
– Patient Manual Handling
– CPR or First Aid
