A fast growing, Brighton based organisation are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their fast-growing Psychology & Nutrition team. This unique opportunity will see you joining a business driven by their commitment to their customers in the ever-growing digital healthcare space.
To be successful in this role you will be an organised, proactive individual with a proven ability to manage administration tasks independently.
If successful you will be responsible for organising and maintaining the Psychology & Nutrition departments assignment, administration and rota. As well as acting as the main point of contact for any internal or external queries, maintaining customer records and data entry.
The ideal candidate has:
* Extensive administration experience, ideally within healthcare or a highly regulated environment
* Proven ability to work independently and use their initiative
* Excellent communication skills
* Good timekeeping and organisation
* A desire to take an active role within the wider business, and isn’t afraid to go outside of their day to day duties
