The role

Customer Services Advisor hours 8.30 – 5.45 IMMEDIATE START Brighton

This team role is highly varied, challenging and requires the successful incumbent to take on early responsibility and to be hard working and efficient by nature. Team work is essential as well as the ability to work independently. An opportunity to work with a progressive and inclusive organisation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a confident and friendly telephone manner to make and receive calls with customer experience gained in a service environment. Some of the customer contact will be via email so grammar and accuracy are important. There is constant interaction with clients and colleagues.

You would need to be able to take on responsibility fast and be a fast learner for a busy, enjoyable and varied role. You will be a good communicator. You would ideally have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word though this is not essential.

Skills and attributes

Customer service experience gained in a service environment

Basic Word and Excel

Confident and clear telephone manner

Attention to detail, spelling and grammar

Ability to prioritise workload
