EU Customer Service Representative

Salary: £27,600 – £30,000 per year

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for an international company on the outskirts of Brighton where you will be part of a small, friendly team.

The Customer Service Representative will work with orders for European countries so fluency in English is required but other European languages would be a distinct advantage.

The EU Customer Service Representative will:

• Liaise with internal colleagues via phone and over Teams
• Conduct customer order entry and process online store orders
• Contact and liaise with customers by telephone and email but mostly over email, responding to customer questions and complaints
• Ensure accuracy in order entry, pricing verification, delivery dates and invoice queries
• Maintain accurate records for proof of delivery and export documents
• Track shipments and coordinate with shipping department for shipment of orders
• Maintain the Sales and Marketing CRM Database
• Monthly reporting in Excel

You’ll need experience in customer service, ideally within an international company or where you have processed international orders and shipments.

The role offers £23,000 to £25,000 based on experience and has the option of two days a week working from home if required. The hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
