Commercial Vehicle Technician

Salary: £33,600 per year

Commercial vehicle technician based at our Ipswich depot.

Full time role –

Monday to Friday working alternative shifts

Week 1; 6:30am – 2:30pm;

Week 2; 2:00pm – 10:00pm and alternative Saturdays 8:00am – 12:00noon.

Overtime available.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or trainee commercial vehicle technician to join and play an integral role within our growing business, based at our Ipswich depot.

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, has strong personable skills and is an excellent communicator. This is ideal for someone who is either experienced in this type of role or has a keen desire to learn and develop a new career and become a technician. You will be fully trained through our own training scheme which includes becoming IRTEC accredited.

It is essential you hold a Full clean UK Driving licence.

HB Commercial Ltd are the areas leading independent commercial vehicle service, parts, tyres, rentals and sales group. We are a family run business with family values. Our depots are in Ipswich, Felixstowe, Harwich, Witham and Bury St Edmunds.

Your daily tasks will be to inspect, service, diagnose, repair and maintain our customers vehicles and own fleet to the DVSA standards. This will include using electronic service sheets and completing all paperwork to the expected standard.
