Automotive Service Advisor required in Leicester

£19,000 Basic – £28,000 OTE

Monday – Friday 7.45am – 5.45pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays 8 – 5pm

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join our Clients Prestige Main Dealership in Leicester.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months current or recent experience in a Main Dealer environment within a Service Advisor position. Our Client is looking for candidates with a strong customer focus as well as a strong selling ability, friendly approach to customers and an engaging personality with great attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

The Role will involve liaising with customers face to face and on the telephone, as well as liaising with other departments in the Dealership including the Workshop and Sales team. Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner, advice on estimate costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, sell additional products as appropriate to customer’s needs, advice on timescales and collection arrangements.

Candidates should therefore have excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner and be very well presented.

To apply candidates must:
Have a stable background within the automotive industry in a service or aftersales advisor role
Have recent motor trade main dealer experience in a similar role
A Strong focus on customer satisfaction
A polite and professional personality

You must have a full UK driving licence
