Our client have an excellent opportunity for an experienced trainer/coach to join their team delivering effective training solutions. You will be responsible for supporting Financial Services Operations ensuring business needs are met and contributing to improved employee capability.
About the Trainer role
*Provide effective training solutions that encompass all elements of the training cycle
*Provide effective coaching to help enhance employee performance
*Investigate and analyse the effectiveness of training and make recommendations for change
*Develop and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders and Financial Services parties to identify training needs and agree objectives
*Facilitate train the trainer sessions
About you
*Good understanding and knowledge of Financial Services operation and products is essential
*Minimum 1 year experience as a trainer or coach
*Experience delivering all aspects of the training cycle
*CIPD or CTP qualification will be an advantage
*Have a good knowledge and understanding of learning styles and be capable of developing and delivering solutions
*Experience in designing modules for e-Learning is desirable
