Do you take a careful approach to ensure that the finished product looks great?
Our client specialises in luxury products, and they are looking for a new team of production and packing staff within their bottling department to meet their increase in demand. They recognise reliability and effort and will take great staff on their journey to success with them – a relatively small but very successful business.
About this production and packing operative role:
* Filling, labeling and packing luxury bottled products, often in to well presented gift sets.
* Paying close and careful attention to the quality and look of the finished product
* Meeting production targets
* Moving between departments, learning about multiple roles within the production and warehousing side of the business.
* Packers work Monday to Friday
* Packers work 08:30 to 17:00
* An ongoing, long term agency placement with no set end date – they will stay busy, likely through until next year, and intend to build and keep a strong agency team
About you, the perfect packing and production candidate:
* Previous experience in packing work, or similar
* Demonstrates a careful attention to detail
* Good with your hands, dexterous and able to work to fine detail
* Adaptability and willingness to learn about new roles and become multiskilled
* Previous experience of working with luxury products and a working knowledge of good presentation when it comes to packaging
* Previous work in a production or warehouse environment
