Salary: £180 per day
Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a role for a Remote Working Project Co-Ordinator.
This pay rate for this role is £180per day (ltd) and has an initial 6-month contract.
Main duties:
Supporting project management meetings, workshops, and training events.
Organising project related meetings, including workshops, co-ordinating diaries, notifying members of dates and venue, producing and distributing agendas and minutes, together with other project related documentation
Assist with project planning and reporting using Microsoft Project Online and MS Project Professional
Draft and deliver project communications
Deliver defined pieces of work under specific projects to ensure their successful outcome.
Requirements of the Project Co-Ordinator:
Experience of PRINCE2 project management methodologies
Experience of working in a project or programme or similar environment
Excellent oral and written communications
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
An enhanced DBS certificate dated within the last 12 months is desirable but not essential
