Electrician / Electrical Engineer

Salary: £26.4 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an Electrician for a busy oil & gas services workshop in the Dyce area. This is a permanent position.

Applicants to have served an approved apprenticeship with knowledge of PLC functionality, ATEX and IECEx standards. Comp Ex qualified preferred.

Experience/Skills

Strong electrical installation / maintenance background working with hazardous area equipment, Academic or practical.

To support system and equipment Design

Technical support in producing electrical designs

Working to the requested standards and specifications

Fulfilling the requirements of hazardous area equipment installation

Assisting with the selection of electrical components / parts

Electrical installations within workshop

Overseeing electrical equipment installation

Assist in the production and overseeing FAT procedures

Assist in the production of associated package documentation

Collating and checking through certification of bought items

Building electrical maintenance

Machine and tool maintenance

39 Hour working week.
