We are looking for Customer Service professionals who are fluent in French, Italian, German, Spanish, Swedish or Dutch.

Working within this busy and dynamic office, you will be dealing with business clients on a daily basis. You will be setting up and managing live teleconferences, from office meetings, court hearings to large business events. This is an office based role dealing with inbound/outbound calls and managing the automated conference service. Above all you will consistently provide excellent customer service to valuable clients and be an outstanding representative for the company.

We are looking for someone with an excellent telephone manner, as well as:
•Prepared to relocate to Gloucestershire
•Fluency in Italian, Spanish, German, French, Dutch or Swedish
•Customer Service experience
•Excellent communication skills
•Organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure
