Customer Service/ Customer Care

Our client is looking for a Customer Service/ Customer Care to join their busy team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as well as accurate and efficient administration of customer accounts.

Responsibilities

* Ensuring all inbound calls are dealt with promptly and deliver a high level of customer service.
* Processing Customer orders and taking credit card payments.
* To provide quotations when required.
* To ensure that customer information is kept updated on our CRM systems.
* To work closely with the Sales team to help them to manage customer accounts.
* To plan the production of orders and liaise with production regarding any amendments or changes.
