Commis Sommelier – French Brasserie – Central

French Brasserie in Central London is seeking to employ a motivated Commis-Sommelier.
As Commis Sommelier you will:
– assist with the wine list and supervise the waiters serving the beverages.
– ensure all standards are met with attention to detail, recommending wines
– be passionate about wine
– be well organised, an excellent communicator, hands on and someone who has excellent attention to detail.

•Experience in a similar quality Restaurant and knowledge of wine and beverage is beneficial.
