Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year
The Role:
Our Romford based client, a market leader in producing law events and conferences are looking for an experienced Sponsorship Sales Executive to join their expanding team
Duties will include:
• Selling sponsorship for law events ensuring that all sponsors are of the right calibre and relevance to be associated with the said event – our clients do not believe in a hard sell and have been known to turn sponsors away if there is not a mutual benefit.
• This is not a cold desk and you will be given the tools and contacts required, working form an established database of contacts
• Building lasting relationships with sponsors and potential sponsors to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Working to agreed targets for each individual event
• Attending the events, with an opportunity to network with sponsors
Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate MUST be experienced in selling sponsorship. You should also have/be:
• A proven team player who is hard working, ambitious and driven
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A strong understanding of the sales process
• Self-motivated and target driven
• A proactive and positive attitude to opening and closing deals
• Experienced in working to and exceeding targets
• A very good and polite telephone manner – you MUST be a god listener
• Good IT and MS office skills
• An excellent command of English both spoken and written
A general knowledge of the legal sector would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided
Benefits
A competitive basic salary between £30,000 – £42,000depending where they feel you fit in experience wise. They also have an uncapped commission structure.

On average twice per year the owners take all of the staff away for a few days of partying. For the last trip they hired a Chateau in France.
After events they tend to hire our out a penthouse or similar and party though the night, all expenses paid
