Customer Service Inbound

Adecco are working in partnership with our client Sanef Operations based in Leeds City Centre, to provide an efficient service to customers calling with regard to charges at the Dartford Tunnel.

The Charging Service Representative role includes taking Inbound Calls, setting up new accounts, taking payments, dealing with complaints and assisting with general customer enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have previous contact centre experience or excellent customer skills. You must have good IT and keyboard skills including a knowledge of Word and Excel.

You will be required to work a shift pattern of 5 days per week this may include working Sat and/or Sun and Bank Holidays as and when required on a rota basis.
This full-time role is 40 hours per week with opportunity for overtime. As the contact centre is open from 5am – Midnight we require candidates who are flexible with regard to start/end times as these change on a weekly basis (However, the majority of 8 hour shifts occur between 7am and 11pm)
