Sales Negotiator / Sales Advisor – Birmingham, West Midlands
£20,000 + Commission + Benefits
Midlands based letting and sales property consultancy, have despite the complications of 2020 continued to grow as a business and they are on the look out for a new Sales Negotiator / Sales Advisor to join the team and work on either the lettings or sales side of the business.
Joining a team of 8, the successful Sales Negotiator / Sales Advisor will need to come from a housing or agency background and demonstrate experience working all stages of the sales cycle.
Working closely with developers, the Sales Negotiator / Sales Advisor will focus on sites across the Midlands area and being heavily telephone based whether that be with landlords, existing tenants and prospective new buyers. You will have the choice of working on either the letting or sales as it is all about having the right attitude and an attention to detail.
Commission is paid on all business you bring in and as they are growing as a team the successful Sales Negotiator / Sales Advisor will be given a clear career path to take on more responsibility.
