Electrical Engineer (Nights)

The Company
A major production facility with an extremely high production rate with an outstanding engineering team looking after all aspects of the production plant.
The Role
As en electrical engineer you will be tasked with all aspects of electrical maintenance engineering on complex, state of the art machinery.

The Candidate
Successful candidates will hold 17th edition and a formal qualification or a completed apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering.
A strong background within a similar environment such as: FMCG, Packaging, Printing, Chemical Processing, Pick & Place Machinery, Process Machinery, Food Production, Bottling Plants etc..
Experience with electrical maintenance on PLC controlled machinery
Strong Electrical fault finding, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance experience
You will have knowledge and experience of mechanical systems associated with fast moving production machinery (FMCG) such as: gearboxes, conveyors, mechanisms etc..
Experience in Planned and Preventative Maintenance (PPM’ s)
Experience in reactive maintenance and breakdowns.
Training is available for the specialist equipment they hold within the facility and therefore exact experience with this production machinery is not mandatory but is highly advantageous.

The Package
£32,400 per annum (day shift – 12 hour shifts – 3 days a week)
£30,000 per annum (night shift – 12 hour shifts – 3 days a week)
+ a competitive benefits package.
