An opportunity has arisen for my client based in Bolton for a part time temporary receptionist. The role is initially temporary but could become permanent in the future. Key duties shall include:-

* Answering incoming calls on a busy switchboard
* Meeting & greeting visitors
* Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
* Dealing with post
* Acting as the first port of call for all queries

The role is working Monday to Friday between the hours of 13:00 and 17:15. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be skilled in a similar role and be reliable. Good basic IT skills are also required.
