Field Service Engineer (Senior)

Salary: £42,000 per year

Job Description of the Senior Field Service Engineer:

In order to meet the demands of their growing business, they are now looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to deliver excellent customer service to their growing customer base. The successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing and successful business.

Job role and responsibilities of the Senior Field Service Engineer:

The duties will include:

Installation of new products, production lines and equipment in accordance with the defined technical specification
Experience in planned preventative maintenance
In-situ service and repair of customer equipment in accordance with company and manufacturers specification
Confidence and ability to quote for repairs and to order parts from head office
To respond to customer enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Very occasional requirements to stay away from home
Qualifications, Skills and attributes:

A minimum 3 years previous experience of installing and maintaining a wide range of processing and bottling equipment
Have successfully completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship.
Good electrical/mechanical skills with electrical qualification
Computer literate
Ability to work with the minimum of supervision and capable of managing their own weekly work plan.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Customer focused
Excellent communication skills
Flexible and able to multi task
Clean Driving License
Covering Stevenage, Luton and Gravesend Areas

Salary: up to £42,000

Shifts: Monday to Friday days
