Salary: £26,000 per year
1FOUR1 is recruiting for Care Assistants to work on-going and ad-hoc shifts in NHS Hospitals in Sussex and Surrey.
Care assistants will be working on the wards alongside the nursing team to deliver the best of care to the patients and you will need to be able to communicate efficiently. You will be required to carry out observations and you will have to be very hands-on with the patients
We have a high volume of shifts available, with the successful care assistants being expected to commit to Early, Late, Night or Long Day Shifts. We are seeking care assistants who are looking to work either on a full or part time agency basis.
Key Requirements to being a Care Assistant:
* Able to work independently or in a team
* Deliver personal care.
* Observant, compassionate and show empathy.
* Professionalism and ability to deal with people at all levels
* Excellent Communication Skills
