Change & Transformation Programme Consultants
Senior consultant / Principal Consultant / Associate Director
London – £50K – £80K + benefits
Our client is a leading global consulting firm specialising in the built environment, working with clients across transport & infrastructure, energy & utilities, private and public sector real estate, central & local government and mining & natural resources. They are expanding their Change & Transformation Programme team in London and are looking for experienced consultants at Senior, Principal and Associate Director level.
The team work with clients to design and deliver transformation across their business from an organisational, people, process and system perspective and are looking for consultants with experience in any of these areas of the target operating model. They work across the change lifecycle from initial diagnostics through the design and embedding of new ways of working.
The role
* Leading or contributing to the change process: facilitation of workshops, developing deliverables, managing client stakeholders
* Leading or contributing to the programme management process of transformation including programme set-up, planning, reporting, governance and benefits management
* Experience in or an interest in contributing to team and business unit activities including the development of transformation products and services
* Ideally some experience of contributing to business development activities – bid work and developing key client relationships
Experience & Skills
* Experience of delivering business change and transformation in a consultancy or an in-house change programme team, with evidence of tangible results delivered
* Leading or contributing to the change process: facilitation of workshops, developing deliverables, managing client stakeholders
* Leading or contributing to the programme management process of transformation including programme set-up, planning, reporting, governance and benefits management
* Experience in or an interest in contributing to team and business unit activities including the development of transformation products and services
* Ideally some experience of contributing to business development activities – bid work and developing key client relationships
* Experience in any of the following sectors is highly desirable – infrastructure, transport, utilities, commercial real estate, defence, natural resources and construction
* Excellent communication skills
* Robust and methodical analytical skills – the ability to take data and develop insights to support solution design
* Ability to work in complex environments with challenging timescales
Qualifications
Degree qualification / professional qualifications – Prince II / MSP / Change Management qualifications
