This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist design and construction firm, delivering bespoke, private residential developments.

This business has become the market leader in providing some of the most distinctive luxury homes for private clients across the UK. Due to continued growth and demand there is now the opportunity for a highly experienced Development Cost Planner.
The role requires someone with history working in the high spec residential sector and be capable of sourcing commercially viable sites that will enable the continued growth of the company, working alongside planning and technical teams through to site.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

• Have knowledge of land Agents and legal processes to seek out new land opportunities to maximise the effectiveness in the market.
• Be able to utilise their ability to work with in-house/external Designers, Engineers and Surveyors to maximise layouts on profitability of schemes.
• Carry out full feasibility study and cost analysis of land, development and expected revenue returns.
• Show a proven track record in land acquisition coupled with self motivation, good organisational and communication skills to strengthen the existing team.
• Prove excellent negotiation skills, project management, financial reporting and land exercise appraisal to help achieve team deadlines and targets.
• Able to operate in a demanding environment whilst managing workload to achieve team and personal objectives to deadlines and targets.
