Learning and Development Consultant

A Vitality Learning and Development Consultant (Distribution) designs and delivers world class training to our sales teams, with a focus on innovation and impact. You will work with key stakeholders as their L&D Business Partner to understand what excellence requires, delivering regular new starter inductions and high-performance initiatives that combine in-person training with digital solutions.

This will include a variety of areas, such as relationship and influencing skills, comprehensive product knowledge, systems, best practice, and compliance
You have a deep passion for high quality, consultative sales, with an expert understanding of what this entails, and you work well in a fast-paced, innovative environment with regular change
You are comfortable with multi-product sales and retention, and you work closely with key stakeholders at all levels to identify needs, designing and implementing initiatives with a focus on impact and continual improvement
You have outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and motivate, adapting to different audiences. You take complex topics and present them in an accessible, compelling, and memorable way
You have a commanding grasp of a blended learning approach, encompassing face-to-face and digital solutions, with a strong understanding of how different mediums and formats can deliver better outcomes.
You approach new technology with a sense of initiative and independence, continually striving to enhance your abilities and output
Visual design is a tool you use with high impact, to create influence and powerful learning, especially using software such as PowerPoint and Rise (or similar).
You will ensure that your learning interventions meet an agreed framework, encompassing compliance, T&C requirements, business strategy, messaging, and desired behaviours
Your organisational skills and attention for detail make for strong project management
Qualifications:Qualifications are not essential, but may assist your application, such as degree level education, formal qualifications in learning and development, or financial services
Experience:You have experience of delivering high-quality inductions and training programmes for sales professionals
You have proven experience in delivering memorable presentations and content, with a high level of initiative in research, design, and delivery, including the skill to facilitate great discussions for an effective learning experience
