PRINCIPAL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
We are looking for a Principal Landscape Architect on behalf of a multidisciplinary consultancy with 3 offices in the UK, this particular role will be based from their Greater Manchester office. They are an independent consultancy with an excellent track record of delivering cost-effective solutions. Their growing team include Landscape Architects, Ecologists and Arboricultural Consultants substantial experience in the delivery of various projects including residential/strategic planning, energy & renewables, public sector, infrastructure design & planning, leisure retail and commercial.
ABOUT THE PRINCIPAL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT ROLE
The role will include landscape planning (EIA, LVIA), landscape design and project management of the project team as well as other in-house and external disciplines. The projects are located throughout the British Isles so the successful Principal Landscape Architect would be expected to undertake some travel and have a driving licence. This is a client facing role so you would also need to be personable and confident in your field.
PRINCIPAL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT REQUIREMENTS
- A relevant degree / master’s degree in landscape architecture
- A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
- 10 years’ experience delivering a wide range of projects in the UK
- Excellent skills in landscape design, landscape appraisals, landscape planning, LVIAs, feasibility studies, and mitigation strategies
- Strong report writing skills and attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence
In return for your commitment as a Principal Landscape Architect on offer is a generous salary £48,000 – £60,000 depending on experience and a competitive benefits package.
