Senior Healthcare Mgmt Associate – (Night Shift) – Supervisory

This highly successful insurance group due to continued growth is seeking to add some proven Customer Service Consultants to their Member Assistance team.

The primary object of the role is to achieve superior claim and member service performance through an operational and resource management process exceeding member and provider expectations.

Working night shifts 4 nights on/4 nights off rotating basis (19.30pm to 07.30am), you will take responsibility for looking after members across the globe – Middle/Far East mainly – As a Senior, you will act with a high level of authority, deputising and undertaking a supervisory role within your team. The position demands a high of responsibility and you will be expected to work with a good degree of autonomy in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

You will provide support to Case Managers working to coordinate delivery of medical evacuation and healthcare services, therefore a highly professional customer centred approach is essential.

Managing inbound and outbound calls, emails and fax correspondence from customers, brokers, you will complete eligibility verification, escalate medical information to Case Managers, triage and prioritise workloads,considering urgency, location,etc.

Other responsibilities will be to coordinate outpatient care, inpatient hospital admissions and emergency evacuations, whilst investigating signs of claims fraud and abuse.

The successful applicants will possess previous experience in a clinical role or Medical assistance environment, in a supervisory/Team Leader capacity you must have proven telephone customer service experience and ideally a Medical/Healthcare insurance background but this is not essential, coupled with good communication skills and problem solving ability

To be considered you must be educated to A Level standard and possess a minimum of a 2nd language. – ie. Middle East/Far East/Arabic
