Position: Marketing Team Leader
Location: Leicester – Enderby, Leicestershire
Hours: 36 hours
Salary: Up to 30K

ROLE:
As a marketing team leader you will lead the UK Marketing team for the Next Directory, developing, delivering and assessing marketing plans and managing a team of 2 UK Marketing Assistants.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Understand drivers of sales and profitability, lead the development and execution of ideas which will drive the UK directory business forwards.
b) Lead the finance planning process for UK, Lead the marketing planning process for UK including post campaign and finance reviews.
c) Ensure all activities are delivered to objectives set, ensure all activities are delivered on time and with high quality.
d) Ensure activity is executed in line with the approved budget, input into regular finance reviews.
e) Conduct regular development reviews.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Management of complex direct marketing campaigns, including direct mail, print and book campaigns.
b) Leadership and development of teams.
c) Managing external agencies including working with in house print and procurement teams.
d) Ability to innovate and drive forwards new marketing ideas.
e) Applicants must be eligible to work in the specified location.
