Basic Salary: £26,000**, OTE £24-40k+, NO training fees or admin costs or IT fees. Leads provided FREE.
About the job
•£15,000 basic plus uncapped commission.
•Guarantee – if your current basic is higher (up to 18k**), we will guarantee minimum earnings of that figure for up to 6 months.
•Best sellers OTE is £28-40k+. Average OTE is £24k.
•Commission is paid monthly when booking is made.
•Constant flow of free leads generated from our websites, phone calls, eblasts, texts, live web chat and direct mail.
•All consultants are promoted as “mini brands” via individual blogs, which have a large number of satisfied customers who post comments under the “Rate My Service” section of each blog
•Each consultant promotes themselves via work Facebook & Google+ profiles (We provide training on this!).
•Consultants can post deals on our cruise forum (which has 90,000 members)
•No Admin Fees.
•No IT Fees.
•No Training Fees.
•Laptop & headset provided.
•20 days holiday + bank holidays + educational cruise trips.
•50% earnings for Maternity & Paternity.
•Full Time only (minimum 37.5 hours per week).
•Flexible hours possible in line with your personal situation & the business needs.
•Open 7 days a week, phone lines open 8.00am to 10.00pm.
