Governance Executive

My client a leading energy provider in the UK currently has an urgent requirement for an experienced Governance Executive.. The successful candidate will act as a point of reference on all matters relating to financial and contractual governance to a wide range of stakeholders within the client.

You will be required to review and control the governance requirements which support the work of the key projects and other commercial business opportunities into financially approved and legally contracted relationships with 3rd party providers.

The Governance Executive should be able to demonstrate attention to detail when reviewing existing processes and when also advising on process improvements. The successful candidate should come with the ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point to a high level. As an experienced Governance professional you should have experience of, maintaining and documenting key actions and decisions at a senior level.
