Our Client based in Newbury is looking to recruit a Stores / Despatch Operative for their expanding company, within the Electronics Industry. You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role; Kitting experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Job Description
As the stores / Dispatch Operative, you will be required to receive goods In, Keep up to date with production materials, Unload Deliveries and use the in-house booking system to log all in-coming and outgoing stock, This will also include regular stock counts, putting stock into the correct locations/ bays, ensure that the space is clean and tidy, and assist with other stores functions a necessary.
Requirements
* You will have good attention to detail.
* Experience in using SAP on a daily basis.
* Knowledge of IT software packages including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
* Have excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to work on own your initiative as well as being part of a team
