I’m representing a respected contractor with a turnover in excess of £200mil. They are a London based firm who focus on a variety of projects with an average value of £30mil. They cover new build, refurbishment as well as fit out and focus on the commercial, student accommodation and residential sectors including mixed use and high spec schemes.

My client are seeking a project surveyor to work on a £26,000mil JCT D&B student accommodation contract in South London. Reporting into the lead Senior QS, you will be looking after key packages and providing overall support on the project. This is a great opportunity to work with a progressive, respected contractor who pay well and offer great career prospects. Ideal candidates will have a stable career history and have a track record of overseeing their own jobs and/or working as a number two or package surveyor on jobs in excess of £5mil.
