Finishing Manager – residential developer – Crawley, West Sussex
Position: Finishing Manager
Based: On site, Crawley
Remuneration: Up to £288+ package / £240 per day
Contract Length: Temp to perm (12 weeks temp)
Reporting to: Project Manager
My client is a leading residential developer who are looking for a Finishing Manager to work on their large traditional build project based in the Crawley area.
Your duties will be to oversee and manage all phases of the fit out, including 1st fix and 2nd fix finishing’s as well as managing a team of subcontractors. You will have 3-4 years’ experience working on high volume residential developments running the fit out packages. The project has roughly 18 months left till completion.
Candidates are required to hold an in date SMSTS, CSCS and 1st aid ticket. Candidates must be immediately available to both interview and start work. This is a permanent position with 3 month probationary period.
