Bench Joiner Supervisor

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

O’Rourke Personnel are pleased to be working with our client, established over a 100 years, family owned joinery business based in Luton.

We are recruiting for a skilled Bench Joiner to work in our clients workshop In a great location a few minutes walk from the local train station and bus stops from surrounding areas.

The successful candidates will hold:

• NVQ 2, joinery qualification or City and Guilds.
• CNC experience would be preferable but not essential.
• Have experience overseeing a team

Duties will include:

• Carrying out the assembly and construction of joinery items.
• reading drawings and instructions
• setting out
• proficient and safe use of modern woodworking machines.
• Planning work and workstation
