BIRMINGHAM (NW)

To manage and oversee a well-established Adult care home as a Registered manager with a focus on mental health patients.
20 beds – 95% occupancy
Bonus related to occupancy maintenance.
Monday to Friday but responsible for the whole home.
Looking for an immediate start and ideally a short handover before the end of Nov.

Who?
We are looking for a Registered Manager with experience within a mental health orientated care home.
Experienced in overseeing various managers and developing people and team members.

Profile of Candidate

* Social Care qualifications and Reg Manager exp essential.

* Strong Leadership skills – Listen, watch and learn approach.

* Experience managing a facility with over 20-30 beds

* Person Centred approach to care

* Has had no previous CQC ratings below GOOD
