The Club is currently recruiting lots of catering casual workers to fill a number of vacancies in the on-site pub for the 2016 summer season and beyond.

What does the role involve?

Always delivering food and beverage service to the highest standard
Retaining and communicating knowledge of menus
Effectively and efficiently responding to customer queries and needs
Taking reservations in person and over the telephone
Acting as an ambassador for the prestigious ground
Maintaining presentation standards and cleanliness of work area
Complying with Health and Safety standards at all times
Essential Criteria:

The Club is looking for people who:

Have a passion for and an interest in food and beverage
Provide excellent customer service with a smile at all times
Have excellent communication skills and act with professionalism
Maintain the highest standards of personal presentation
Work effectively as part of a team
Are reliable and punctual
Have previous restaurant or bar experience and drinks knowledge (preferable but not essential)
Have a flexible approach; with availability on weekdays, weekends and evenings
