Salary: £72,000 – £78,000 per year
ENERGY MANAGER / NATIONAL ROLE BEST SUITED TO A MIDLANDS LOCATION / £60,000 – £65,000 + CAR + BONUS / GENERAL MANUFACTURER
OUR CLIENT
Is a UK leading manufacturer with a strong presence in the Midlands and are currently looking to recruit an Energy Manager to manage the energy useage across the group consisting over more than 12 manufacturing sites.
THE ROLE
This role will be focussed on identify opportunities for energy efficiency projects across all energy sources and utilities (including electricity, gas, liquid fuels, bottled gas, water, etc…) and lead projects and initiatives that result in reductions in usage and associated costs. THE PERSON
Technical background, likely electrical/electronic engineering.
Prior experience in a similar role with proven track record of driving plant optimisation (with a bias towards energy)
Ability to analyse technical data and identify improvement opportunities
Ability to lead cross-functional and multi-departmental teams
Top level communication skills, both written and verbal including report writing
Project management skillset
Good general business understanding
Creative and innovative thinking
THE SALARY
£60,000 – £65,000 + CAR + 18% BONUS
