Salary: £32,400 per year

Our client is very successful, well-respected firm of Financial Planners who pride themselves on the outstanding level of service provided.

Employing a dedicated team of 35 from their office in Norwich, they are completely committed to attracting, developing and retaining people who believe passionately the companies core values and everything they stand for.

Due to continued success and growth a Financial Planning Assistant is required to work with one of the Directors to provide exceptional support to the clients.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring an excellent client experience and fully compliant service
  • Taking the lead with planning and organising to ensure clients needs are always met
  • Handling incoming telephone calls, emails, and post and building strong rapport with the clients
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and electronic filing, and making client appointments when required
  • Communicating clearly and updating the Director, reporting progress
  • Account Processing; Record keeping on IO (our back-office system) and financial planning research and obtaining information on clients existing plans
  • Maintaining organised and timely processing of administrative duties and following processes to ensure the right outcome
  • Working to strict deadlines
  • Responding to any client enquiries on administrative questions and liaising with the Director
  • Supporting business development at events, with office mailings and newsletters, supporting the Director with key referrals, and attending client appreciation events
  • Completing any training requests, staying informed of system enhancements, and keeping abreast of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Preparing reports and collating information

An excellent administrator is required with exceptional analytical and communication skills, competent with MS office suite and a high level of diligence, reliability and customer service skills.

Financial services experience is not essential as full training will be given, the role could suit individuals from other professional services sectors or a service industry where processes are required to be followed.

Salary up to circa £32,400 ‘000, KPI bonus, profit related bonus, private medical, contributory pension, 25 days plus bank holidays, parking.
