Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 per year

HEAD OF MARKETING

45K TO 60K BASIC SALARY WITH EXCELLENT BENEFITS

Our client is a large, very well established award winning Property company who have been voted the ‘best estate agent’ over numerous years. They offer a slightly different approach to traditional estate agency and are extremely successful. With a focus on employee training, development and growth, they offer a fun, but professional environment with lots of structure and support. We are now looking for a Head of Marketing to really develop and lead their Marketing function, with a strong emphasis on Digital this will be a full mix marketing role with lots of scope and autonomy and a very healthy marketing budget!

MAIN DUTIES

* Leading the marketing function and team

* Responsible for devising the full marketing plan and implementation

* Devising a digital strategy encompassing SEO, PPC and paid social media

* Managing the production of all offline collateral

* Focusing on improving the brand, raising the presentation and brand awareness

* Taking full responsibility for budgets and ROI

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* Possess a strong marketing background with full mix experience but a focus on Digital

* A comprehensive knowledge of effective Digital strategies – SEO, PPC

* Experience of working in a customer focused service led business would be beneficial

* Experience of delivering a good ROI against budget

* Forward thinking, strategic but also hands on

* A great communicator, able to participate in senior management meetings
