Are you a successful Production / Machine Operative looking for a new challenge?

We are a leading international manufacturer of fresh prepared foods who manufacture speciality breads for all major supermarkets at our facilities in Nantwich.

We are committed to supplying outstanding quality, value and service to our customers. We supply a number of the high street retailers across the different areas of produce that we work with.

Tesco, M&S, Waitrose and Co-Op are key customers.

We are now looking for new members to join our team at Nantwich. Previous experience of the food industry is not essential, but we do look for team members to be able to demonstrate understanding of team work, focus on product quality and customer care and to be able to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Operative key responsibilities:

– Reading and following customer order specifications
– Ensure final product operates correctly
– Keep tools, machinery and equipment operating by following operating instructions
– Maintain safe, secure and clean work environment by following standards and procedures

The ideal Operative:

– Previous experience in a similar role
– Team working skills
– Ability to be flexible regarding work duties and working time
– Focus on product quality and customer care

Our Shift Patterns:

4on 4off

– 06.00am to 18.00pm
– 18.00pm to 06.00am
