Data Processes (Call Analyst)

Rullion Resource is working with a fantastic growing company who require a Data Processor.
You will be tasked with quality control for an out bound call centre. You will need to listen to sales calls making sure that no one is being miss sold the services they supply. Flagging up any errors and reporting to the sales manager with all feedback. You will be working in a busy office environment and must have experience in a similar working environment to be successful in this role. You must have strong Excel skills, the ability to right reports and administration skills.
This role will be Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5pm based in the Liverpool City Centre You will be offered a basic salary of 15K + bonus.
