Sales Executive

Sales Executive – Halifax – £16,000 – £18,000 + OTE £5,000 – £6,000 + BENS

Sales Executives are needed to join an industry award-winning, independent IT Company which are a supplier of print supplies and consumables selling into the public and corporate business sectors.

The role is a mixture of new business and account management and the Sales Executive role will require you to generate new opportunities, whilst expanding your existing portfolio of customers through a combination of sales and marketing activities.

The Role

* Managing inbound and outbound calls.
* Able to build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with customers.
* Developing new business opportunities whilst expanding your existing portfolio
* Providing accurate information on products, software and solutions to your client base.
* Provide pricing and quotations to customers.
* Strategically creating individual call plans and providing customers with market insight on a range of IT products.
* Upselling and Cross selling other products during the sales process.

About you

* Previous B2B or B2C experience within a sales environment.
* Previous experience within the IT industry would be ideal but not essential.
* Enthusiastic, determined able to work within a team.
* Achievement orientated and self-motivated.
* Able to communicate and build strong relationships with co-workers and prospective customers.
* Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively both within and outside of the organization.
* Excellent telephone skills and computer literacy.
* Flexible and adaptable to new and more efficient ways of working.
