Field Service Technician
Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
At METTLER TOLEDO we support and service our customers’ measurement equipment through its entire life-cycle, from installation to preventative maintenance and calibration to equipment repair.
Equipment that we service includes:
* Lab balances
* Standard industrial products
* Moisture analysers
* Dosing systems
* Weighbridges
* High capacity industrial scales
You will be scheduled work by our in house Service team within your territory, although sometimes we may send you further afield. You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently completing all service activities for our customers and whilst there, keeping your eyes open for other opportunities to bring back to our sales teams.
The services we offer our customers are:
* Calibration
* Preventative maintenance
* Commissioning and installation of new equipment
* Re-active breakdown
* Operational qualification of new equipment
* Training
What You Need to Succeed
* Experience working with weighing systems
* Have worked field based previously
* Demonstrable excellent customer service
