Job Summary
Title: Recruitment Consultant Healthcare and Social Care
Location: Bromley, London
Salary: Basic £26,000+ commission of up to £12,000
As a health and social care recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the source and supply of candidates within your specialist sector; working with clients in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment requirements. You will be identifying and developing opportunities in a pro-active sales environment, showing strong negotiation skills to meet clients and candidates needs effectively through:
- New business development
- Candidate attraction and management
- Client management and growth
- Relationship management
- Negotiation
- Ensuring Targets and KPI’s are met at all times
