Position: Quality Assurance / Service Assistant

Hours: 39 hours per week

Our Well Careplus team provide a prescription service to care homes throughout the UK. Our technology is market leading and providing a first class service to our customers is at the fore front of everything we do. Based in Bristol our team ensure the prescriptions being distributed to care homes throughout the UK are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

As a Quality Assurance Assistant, you will manage high volumes of data entry, updating patient records, prescription information and ensure the data input is 100% accurate in line with our standard operating procedures. You will possess excellent customer service skills, as well as be competent using computers and enjoy working as part of a team.

In addition, you will be proactive in following up prescription orders with branches, be point of contact for internal and external customers and offer alternative support options where possible.
You will track calls and queries to ensure SLAs are adhered to and will receive full training on our market leading technology to support you in your new role.

Pharmacy experience including NVQ2 Dispensing qualification is preferable but not essential.
